Our process for all crystals order involves a consultation and approval stage where we show you the colours and placement of the crystals before the crystals are set. Each crystal is handset by hand with great care and precision. Our priority is that you are happy with the end product.
Please do drop us a message before you add this to cart as we will need to confirm if your request can be acheived. Not all product type are suited to add crystals.
Please provide your instructions in notes the specific area (example: on the strapkeeper or at the front or back or front and back of the name is that is printed) on the collar / leash / harness you would you want the crystal added to. If you have more than one Product in your cart, please specify which the Product type you would like to have the crystal add-on.
