Processing and Shipping information
Processing time
We take pride to make a perfect item for you & your pup to love. Our processing time is about 15 working days, excluding Sat, Sun and Public Holidays. This time does not include the shipping time. Shipping will take additional days depending on the shipping method chosen. Please note that we do not keep ready-made items to be kept as stocks for our products. All our products are meticulously handcrafted to order and made according to your specifications as every dog is unique. We seek your kind understanding & patience for the time required to make each piece.
Larger orders or complicated orders such as items with crystals embellishments and flower braids will, on average, require an additional of 5 working days to craft.Â
Domestic ShippingÂFor local orders, following are the shipping options:
- Ninjavan Doorstep Tracking / Smartpac Letterbox Tracking (2-3 working days) with tracking: S$5
- You may self collect at Singapore 158744 for free.
International Shipping
International Shipping is available. Please checkout to see the fees for your country.
Payment
We accept Credit cards, Paypal and Shopify Pay.
We also accept Bank transfer & PayNow. This is our preferred method of payment for domestic orders.
