Return Policy

All our products are handcrafted to order and made according to your specifications and are therefore unfortunately excluded from return or exchange.

We do not accept any exchanges or returns at the moment since every item is handmade just for you. It is important for the buyer to read through all the descriptions and ask any questions before purchasing. It is also very important that you measure your pets’ neck to ensure that the collar will fit properly. Please reach out to us if you have any questions about sizing or need a custom size. If the issue is our fault or a manufacturing issue we can review the issue on a case-by-case basis before accepting the return or exchange.  Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded.

Damaged item
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately or within 2 calendar days. Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded. We will review the issue on a case-by-case basis before accepting the return or exchange. No refund or exchange will be granted should the product be damaged due to improper usage / storage or by your pup due to chewing, biting, scratching.

Wrong item delivered
If you received a wrong item, please contact us immediately, so that we can review the issue and make it right for you.

Cancellation of order
Due to the made-to-order handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations. As soon as your order is placed we begin collecting materials to fulfill the order.

On a case-by-case basis, after evaluating and decided to allow a cancellation of order. Please note that cancellation of order with a full refund is only available if you have made your payment via PayNow transactions. Cancellation are not allowed if the orders are made via other forms of payment. Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded.
